Cranberry Orange Relish
Wednesday, November 26th, 200815 oz fresh cranberries 12 oz can mandarin orange slices in light juice 1T sugar 1/4 cup finely chopped pecans In large pot boil cranberries till they “pop”. Drain and add oranges with the juice and sugar. Simmer till it comes to a boil. Remove from heat and stir in pecans. Chill before serving.
